Grilled Pineapple Mojito Ingredients

Method

Grilled Pineapple Mojito Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grilled Pineapple

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place a slice of fresh pineapple on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and the pineapple becomes slightly caramelized. Remove from the grill and let cool.

  2. 2

    Muddle the Mint

In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves along with the simple syrup. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their oils, about 10-15 seconds. Do not over-muddle to avoid bitterness.

  3. 3

    Mix the Mojito

Add the Bacardi Limon rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes into the glass or shaker with the muddled mint. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add Club Soda

Top the mixture with club soda and stir gently to incorporate without losing the fizz.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Pour the mojito into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with the grilled pineapple slice, a sprig of mint, and a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Grilled Pineapple Mojito!
