Preparation
Juicing the Oranges
If using whole oranges, wash them thoroughly. Cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer until you have 500 ml of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.
Chilling the Ingredients
Make sure the Prosecco and orange juice are well chilled prior to serving. You can chill the Prosecco in the refrigerator for a few hours, or you can place it in an ice bucket for about 20 minutes.
Serving
Mixing the Drink
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled Prosecco and fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix the two ingredients without losing the bubbles.
Garnishing
Pour the mixture into champagne flutes or glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim and a few fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
Enjoying Your Bubbly Bliss
Serve immediately while it's bubbly and fresh. Enjoy your Bubbly Bliss as a refreshing brunch cocktail!
