Preparation

1

Juicing the Oranges

If using whole oranges, wash them thoroughly. Cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer until you have 500 ml of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

2

Chilling the Ingredients

Make sure the Prosecco and orange juice are well chilled prior to serving. You can chill the Prosecco in the refrigerator for a few hours, or you can place it in an ice bucket for about 20 minutes.
