1. Prepare the Fish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the gulf fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. Cook the Garlic
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add Crabmeat
Gently fold in the crabmeat and lemon juice into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
4. Bake the Fish
In a greased baking dish, place the seasoned fish fillets. Top each fillet with the crabmeat mixture. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
