Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the gulf fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Cook the Garlic

In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3

Add Crabmeat

Gently fold in the crabmeat and lemon juice into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.

4

Bake the Fish

In a greased baking dish, place the seasoned fish fillets. Top each fillet with the crabmeat mixture. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

5

Finish Cooking

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

6

Serve

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
