Method

Wings Preparation

1

Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

2

Make the Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

3

Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4

Bake the Wings

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

5

Add the Hot Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce and baked cauliflower. Toss until evenly coated.

Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce Preparation

6

Mix the Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine the blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

7

Chill

Refrigerate the dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
