Crunchy garlic toast
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until cheeses are melted and smooth.
Gently fold in crab meat, shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Transfer the fondue mixture to a fondue pot or a heatproof dish.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush the slices of French bread with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
