Method

Preparation

1

Chill

Ensure both the Red Cider White and Dallastown Blueberry are well chilled (38–45°F / 3–7°C). Chill glasses if preferred.

2

If using simple syrup, have it measured and ready.

3

Glass & Ice

Select a 16–18 oz pint glass or tall tulip glass. If you want a chilled drink with a little dilution, add 1 cup of fresh ice to the glass. For a crisper presentation, serve without ice.

4

Pour cider

Slowly pour 12 fl oz (about 1.5 cups) of Red Cider White into the glass at a slight angle to preserve carbonation and limit foam.

5

Add blueberry beer

Gently top with 6 fl oz of Dallastown Blueberry. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon or down the glass wall to create a layered effect and moderate mixing; this preserves bright carbonation and a pleasing head.

6

Sweeten if desired

Taste briefly. If you prefer a sweeter finish, stir in 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup and gently mix once or twice to integrate without flattening the drink.

Garnish & Serve

7

Garnish

Squeeze the fresh lemon wedge lightly over the top to release a few drops, then drop the wedge into the drink. Skewer 4–6 fresh blueberries on a cocktail pick and rest across the rim or drop them into the glass. Add a mint sprig if using for aroma.

8

Final check

Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to marry flavors while preserving carbonation. Serve immediately with a straw or napkin as desired.
