1. Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven and bake the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.

2. Cook the Bacon

While the fries are baking, in a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove, drain on paper towels, and crumble.

In a separate pot, poach the eggs in simmering water for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

6. Assemble the Breakfast Fries

Once everything is cooked, place the fries on a serving platter. Top with crumbled bacon, drizzle with cheese béchamel, add the poached eggs, and finish with hollandaise sauce.
