Bloody Mary Mix

Method
Prepare Glass
Rim the glass
Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a tall pint glass or highball. Mix coarse salt and coarse ground black pepper on a small plate. Dip the wet rim into the salt–pepper mix to coat evenly. Set glass aside.
Add 4 large ice cubes to the prepared glass and set aside.
Make Bloody Mary Mix
In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker without ice, combine 6 oz tomato juice and 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka.
Add 1.5 tablespoons Zing Zang Bloody Mary seasoning, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 0.25 teaspoon prepared horseradish to the mixing glass.
Season with 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, 0.25 teaspoon celery salt, and 3 drops hot sauce. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10–15 seconds to fully incorporate the seasoning (do not shake vigorously—tomato juice can foam). Taste and adjust seasoning: add more hot sauce for heat or additional Zing Zang for savory/umami.
Assemble Drink
Pour the mixed Bloody Mary base into the prepared glass over the ice, leaving about 1 inch (2–3 cm) of headspace for the Guinness.
Slowly float 2 oz Guinness Draught on top: tilt the glass slightly and pour the Guinness gently over the back of a spoon so it settles on the surface and creates a layered effect.
