Pale gold with light body and a slightly dry palate. Mild bitterness and delicate hop aroma

Heat 20 liters of water to 67°C (152°F) and add the pale and Pilsner malts. Maintain this temperature for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, sparge with hot water to collect about 25 liters of wort in your brew kettle.

Sparging

Bring the wort to a boil. Once boiling, add the Hallertau hops and boil for 60 minutes. Add the Saaz hops in the last 10 minutes of the boil.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly to about 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter and pitch the Kolsch yeast. Ferment at around 18°C (64°F) for 2 weeks.

Fermentation

After fermentation, dissolve the priming sugar in boiling water, cool it, and add it to the beer. Bottle the beer and let it carbonate for 1-2 weeks.
