Cooking Instructions

1

Boil Water

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

2

Add Salt

Once the water is boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.

3

Cook Orzo

Add 2 cups of orzo pasta to the boiling water. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

4

Check for Doneness

Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the orzo is al dente. Taste to ensure it’s cooked to your preference.

5

Drain and Rinse

Once cooked, drain the orzo in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

6

Add Olive Oil

Return the orzo to the pot and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir to combine.

7

Serve

Serve warm as a side dish with your main courses.
