Method

Pickles Preparation

1

Slice Cucumbers

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a clean jar.

2

Prepare Pickling Liquid

In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, dill seeds, and crushed garlic cloves. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

3

Pickle Cucumbers

Pour the hot pickling liquid over the cucumbers in the jar, making sure they are fully submerged. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature.

4

Refrigerate Pickles

Once cooled, refrigerate the pickles for at least 24 hours before using. They will be ready to enjoy in 2-3 days.

Combine Salad Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced radishes, and chopped fresh parsley.

6

Toss Salad

Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Make Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
