1. Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix the Custard

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.

3. Combine Ingredients

Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes. Gently fold in the diced peaches and let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the custard.

4. Bake the Pudding
