Heat 5 liters of water to 68°C (155°F). Add the pale malt, wheat malt, and carapils malt. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mash the Grains

After mashing, sparge the grains and collect the wort. Bring to a boil and add Citra hops and Mosaic hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding Amarillo hops with 15 minutes left.

Boil the Wort

Cool the wort to 20°C (68°F) and transfer to a fermentation vessel. Pitch the yeast and add orange peel and coriander. Ferment for 1-2 weeks.

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the beer into sanitized bottles and cap. Let it carbonate for another week before enjoying.
