Saj Bites Preparation

Make the Dough

In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add water and olive oil, kneading until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix feta cheese, parsley, cumin, and black pepper. Set aside.

Shape the Saj Bites

Divide the dough into small balls, roll into thin rounds, and fill with the cheese mixture. Fold and seal the edges.

Cook the Saj Bites

Cook on a hot saj or skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Garlic Potatoes Preparation

Cook the Potatoes

In a pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain.

Prepare the Garlic Mixture

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add boiled potatoes, paprika, and salt. Toss until well coated.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and green onions.
