Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Bourbon Glaze

In a saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Set aside.

2

Cook the Sirloin

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus sirloin with salt and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Brush with bourbon glaze during the last minute of cooking.

3

Wrap and Cook the Shrimp

Wrap each jumbo shrimp with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Grill or pan-fry until the shrimp are cooked through and the bacon is crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

4

Prepare Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt to taste, and mash until smooth.

5

Sauté Seasonal Vegetables

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seasonal vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt to taste.

6

Serve

Plate the bourbon-glazed sirloin, top with bacon-wrapped shrimp, serve with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
