Bone Marrow

Method

Bone Marrow Preparation

1

Roasting the Bone Marrow

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the bone marrow bones on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with sea salt and black pepper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and begins to separate from the bone.

Escargots Preparation

2

Garlic Parsley Butter

In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice until well combined. Place the escargots in a baking dish and top with the garlic parsley butter. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until bubbly.

Herb & Radish Salad Preparation

3

Making the Salad

In a bowl, combine the sliced radishes and mixed herbs. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.

Toast Points Preparation

4

Toasting the Bread

Brush both sides of the bread slices with melted butter. Arrange them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
