Crust Preparation
Prepare the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Cheesecake Filling Preparation
Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, and mix until combined. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.
Baking
Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
Cool and Refrigerate
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
Serve
