Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape and Cook
Shape the mixture into small meatballs. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides.
Glaze the Meatballs
Once the meatballs are cooked, pour the bourbon glaze over them and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together Weller Bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken pieces in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Glaze the Chicken
Add any remaining marinade to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
