Method
HH DRINKS
Classic Well Vodka Highball (single serving)
Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (about 1 cup). Pour 1.5 oz well vodka over the ice. Add 2 oz club soda and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice. Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
Vodka & Cola (HH Cuba-ish)
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 1.5 oz well vodka and 0.5 oz triple sec if you want a citrus lift. Top with 3 oz cola. Add 0.5 oz simple syrup only if you prefer sweeter. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the drink, drop it in, and stir once. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Well Rum & Soda (lighter option)
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour 1.5 oz well rum (light). Top with 2.5–3 oz club soda. Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice for brightness. Stir gently and garnish with lime wheel.
Batching note (4 servings)
To prepare four well drinks quickly for happy hour, combine in a pitcher: 6 oz well vodka (1.5 oz × 4), 2 oz triple sec (0.5 oz × 4) — optional, 2 oz fresh lime juice (0.5 oz × 4), 2 oz simple syrup (0.5 oz × 4). Keep chilled. When serving, fill each glass with ice, pour 2.5–3 oz of the spirit mix per glass, top with 8–12 oz cola or club soda depending on desired profile, stir gently and garnish with lime wheels.
Serving & finishing
Always taste before serving and adjust sweetness with simple syrup or acidity with lime. Use fresh citrus for best flavor. For low-alcohol HH options, reduce spirit to 1 oz and increase soda to maintain volume. Serve immediately over ice.
