Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Bumbu Craft Rum, Stiggins’ Plantation Dark Rum, Alvear Fino Sherry, Oleo Sacrum, and fresh lime juice.
Shaking
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Straining
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnishing
Garnish with a lime twist or a lime wheel, if desired.
