Preparation of Chocolate Covered Strawberries
1. Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
2. Dip the Strawberries
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted dark chocolate, coating it completely. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
3. Set the Strawberries
Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat for all strawberries.
4. Melt the White Chocolate
In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate in the same way as the dark chocolate. Once melted, use a fork or piping bag to drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate-covered strawberries.
5. Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the strawberries for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set before serving.

6. Pair with Sparkling Wine
Serve the chocolate-covered strawberries on a decorative plate alongside a chilled bottle of Hatch Sparkling Wine.
