1

Chill bottle

Ensure the Perrier bottle has been refrigerated for at least 1–2 hours so it is well chilled (about 4–8°C). Serving Perrier cold preserves carbonation and refreshment.

2

Prepare glass

Select a tall chilled glass. If desired, add 4 ice cubes to the glass. Note: adding ice will slightly reduce carbonation over time.

3

Open and pour

Carefully twist off the 33 cl Perrier bottle cap to preserve bubbles. Hold the bottle at a slight angle and pour slowly down the side of the glass to minimize foam and retain carbonation. Fill to about 90% to leave room for garnish.

4

Garnish and serve

Float or rest one lemon or lime slice on the glass rim or drop it gently into the glass. Optionally tuck a fresh mint sprig alongside the slice for aroma. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer if desired.
