Rum Slushes

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Bake the Fries

In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce with Italian seasoning for added flavor.

Prepare the Topping

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the fries. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the pepperoni slices.

Assemble the Pizza Fries

Return the assembled fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Melt the Cheese

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
