Method
Hors d'oeuvres
Prepare the Baked Brie
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and wrap the brie wheel. Place on a baking sheet.
Add Toppings
Drizzle honey over the wrapped brie and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Prepare Caprese Skewers
On small skewers, thread fresh mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
Serve
Once the brie is baked, let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Arrange the baked brie, grapes, and caprese skewers on a platter.
Drinks
Mix the Cocktail
In a large pitcher, combine peach puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir to mix well.
Serve the Drinks
Pour the sparkling wine into glasses and top with the peach mixture. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
