Crab Soup Dip
Tortilla Chips
Method
Crab Soup Dip Preparation
Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.
Add Flavorings
Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Incorporate Crab and Veggies
Gently fold in the crab meat, diced tomatoes (with their juices), and chopped green onions. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
Chill the Dip
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serving
Prepare the Tortilla Chips
Open the bag of tortilla chips and transfer them to a serving bowl.
Serve
After the dip has chilled, serve the crab soup dip in a separate bowl alongside the tortilla chips for dipping.
