1

Prepare glass

Choose a tall highball or Collins glass. Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice (approximately 1 cup).

2

Build base (optional vodka)

If using vodka, pour 1.5 oz vodka over the ice. Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup if you prefer a slightly sweeter drink. Stir gently to combine ingredients with the ice.

3

Add White Claw

Open two cans of White Claw and slowly pour them into the glass over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. Fill until the liquid reaches just below the rim, usually the full two cans will fit in a large glass with the ice and other ingredients.

4

Garnish and finish

Gently stir once to integrate the seltzer with the cocktail base. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel on the rim and optionally a fresh mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.

Notes: For a lighter, zero-proof serve, omit the vodka and simple syrup; keep the lime juice for brightness. Adjust the number of White Claw cans to the size of your glass and desired strength; one can can be used per serving instead of two if serving multiple people.
