Build and mix

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (about 1 cup). Pour 2 oz Deep Eddy Peach Vodka over the ice, then add 3 oz fresh orange juice. Stir gently for 5–8 seconds to combine vodka and juice without flattening carbonation later.

Add bubbles

Top the mixture with 2 oz chilled club soda or chilled champagne. Pour gently down the side of the glass to preserve effervescence.

Create the sunset effect

Slowly pour 0.5 oz grenadine down the inside of the glass or over the back of a spoon so it sinks to the bottom and gradually rises, creating a layered sunrise/sunset gradient.

Garnish and serve

Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim or floated on top. Serve immediately with a straw (optional) and a long stirrer so the guest can mix to taste.
