Green Morning Juice
Citrus Beet Boost
Tropical Pineapple-Mint
Optional Add-ins (per serving)
Method
Green Morning Juice
If you have only a blender: add kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, celery, ginger and 1 cup filtered water to the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45–60 seconds. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher, pressing solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
Stir in 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Add 4 ice cubes to the pitcher or divide among serving glasses. Taste and sweeten with 1 teaspoon honey or agave if desired. Serve immediately over ice.
Citrus Beet Boost
If using a juicer: run beet, carrots, and orange through the juicer. Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon grated turmeric (or ground).
If using a blender: add chopped beet, carrots, peeled orange, 1/2 cup filtered water and turmeric to the blender. Blend until smooth, 60–90 seconds. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp, pressing to extract juice.
Add ice to serving glasses. Pour juice over ice, taste, and add honey/agave if desired. Stir and serve immediately.
Tropical Pineapple-Mint
Prepare produce
Chop pineapple and mango into pieces suitable for your blender or juicer. Rinse mint leaves and pat dry.
If using a juicer: feed pineapple and mango through the juicer, then stir in lime juice and gently bruise and stir in the mint leaves to release aroma before serving.
If using a blender: add pineapple, mango, mint leaves, 1/2 cup coconut water (or filtered water) and lime juice to blender. Blend on high until smooth, 45–60 seconds. Optionally strain for a clearer juice, or serve unstrained for more fiber.
Pour over ice, garnish with a sprig of mint, and add optional chia seeds or protein powder if desired. Serve immediately.
Optional Add-ins & Serving
Sweeteners: add honey or agave 1 teaspoon per serving and stir until dissolved. Chia: sprinkle 1 teaspoon chia seeds in the glass and let sit 5 minutes if you want a slight gel. Protein: blend or stir 1 tablespoon protein powder into the juice; if using a blender, add with the other ingredients for smoother integration.
Storage: Fresh juice is best immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24–36 hours; shake well before drinking. For best nutrition and flavor, consume within 12 hours.
