Project Scope & Deliverables
Technical & Account Requirements
Optional Add-ons (priced separately)
Method
Initial Setup & Gathering Materials
Client provides access to menu in their account or supplies a CSV export, plus brand assets including logos, color values, preferred fonts, and any imagery. Also provide preferred screen dimensions and any layout examples or inspiration.
Designer reviews the menu data for completeness, flags missing prices, descriptions, or sections, and requests any clarifications from the client before starting layout work.
Design & Formatting
Create three board templates
Designer creates up to three distinct digital board layouts optimized for the provided screen dimensions. Each layout uses the client's brand colors, type hierarchy, and imagery. Layouts are formatted for legibility from typical viewing distances (high contrast, large type for item names/prices, logical section grouping).
Populate layouts with menu items from the provided data, ensuring correct pricing, item names, and categories. Adjust spacing and hierarchy so each board reads clearly and balances visual elements (photos, icons, price tags).
Export screen-optimized files for each board in requested formats (PNG for stills, MP4 or GIF if animations requested) and prepare editable source files (Figma, PSD, AI, or Canva).
Review & Revisions
Client review
Designer delivers the three board mockups and editable files for client review. Client provides consolidated feedback in one round of revisions.
Designer implements requested revisions (type, spacing, color adjustments, copy edits) and republishes the updated boards. Additional changes beyond the included one revision round are treated as add-ons per the optional items list.
Final Delivery & Handoff
Prepare final package
Designer compiles final deliverables into a ZIP: screen-optimized files, editable source files, export presets, and basic installation notes (recommended file names, resolution, and playback tips).
Deliver final package to client via preferred method (cloud share, email). Provide brief guidance on how to upload to the client's digital signage system and an offer for paid support if needed for installation or additional revisions.
