Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, then place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake the Cauliflower
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Serve
Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, drizzled with ranch dressing and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
