If desired, place the beer glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill it with ice and cold water for 2–3 minutes to chill. Empty the ice/water and dry the glass before pouring.

Ensure the Asahi Super Dry bottle has been refrigerated to about 38–45°F (3–7°C). Remove the bottle from the fridge and dry the exterior with a towel if condensation is present.

Hold the chilled glass at a 45-degree angle. Using the bottle opener, remove the cap from the Asahi bottle.

Begin pouring slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation, maintaining the 45-degree angle. When the glass is about two-thirds full, gradually tilt the glass upright and finish pouring down the center to create a 1–1.5 inch (2–4 cm) head of foam (lacing).

If serving with a garnish, lightly rub the lemon wedge around the rim or drop the wedge into the glass according to guest preference. Note: Asahi Super Dry is typically served unadorned to showcase its clean, crisp flavor.

Present the bottle alongside the poured beer (optional), or serve the glass alone. Provide a coaster and an appropriate napkin. Enjoy immediately while cold.
