Cocktail Base

Method

Prepare Glass (optional sugared rim)

1

Rim the glass

If you want a sugared rim, run a lemon wedge around the outer rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Place the sugar on a small plate and gently press the rim into the sugar until coated. Set the glass aside to dry for 1–2 minutes.

Mix Cocktail

2

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

3

Add 2 oz RumChata, 1 oz vodka, and 3 oz fresh lemonade to the shaker.

4

If you prefer a slightly richer texture, add 0.5 oz heavy cream to the shaker.

5

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosted.

6

Fill the prepared serving glass with fresh ice (or leave it chilled if serving straight up). Double-strain the cocktail from the shaker into the glass to remove small ice chips and ensure a silky texture.

Garnish & Serve

7

Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist on the rim or floated on top of the drink.

8

Serve immediately with a short stirring straw. Recommend pairing with light snacks; drink is best enjoyed cold.
