In a large brew kettle, heat 10 liters of water to 65°C (149°F). Add 1 kilogram of malted barley and let it steep for 60 minutes, maintaining the temperature.

Mashing

After mashing, raise the temperature to a boil. Add 100 grams of hops and boil for 60 minutes. This step will add bitterness and aroma to the beer.

Boiling

After boiling, cool the wort down to approximately 20°C (68°F) as quickly as possible using a wort chiller.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add 10 grams of yeast and seal the vessel. Allow it to ferment at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve 100 grams of priming sugar in a small amount of water and add it to the beer. Bottle the beer in sanitized bottles and cap them.

Bottling

Store the bottles at room temperature for an additional 1-2 weeks to carbonate the beer before chilling and serving.
