Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Prepare glass

Run the lemon or lime wedge around the rim of a highball or pint glass. Dip the wet rim into a shallow plate with the kosher or celery salt to coat evenly. Set glass aside.

2

Mix cocktail

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice (about 1 cup). Add 3 fl oz vodka, 8 fl oz homemade Bloody Mary mix, 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tsp hot sauce. Add 1 tsp celery salt and 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Stir gently with a bar spoon for 20–30 seconds to chill and lightly dilute. Taste and adjust hot sauce, Worcestershire, or seasoning to preference.

3

Assemble

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixed Bloody Mary into the glass. Garnish with the lemon wedge on the rim or dropped into the drink.

Blue Shark Skewer Garnish

4

Assemble the Blue Shark skewer by threading ingredients onto the skewer in this order for balance and visual appeal: blue cheese-stuffed olive, cherry tomato, small pickle, pepperoncini (folded if large), bacon strip (folded or wrapped), and beef/turkey jerky strip. If using a long wooden skewer, leave enough skewer exposed at each end for handling. Adjust order to keep heavier items (bacon, jerky) toward the bottom so the skewer rests across the glass rim.

5

Place the finished skewer across the rim of the drink so it balances securely, or stand it upright into the ice if the skewer will remain stable. Ensure any meat items are fully cooked and cooled before skewering.

Serve

6

Serve immediately with a straw and a cocktail napkin. Provide a small plate if guests wish to remove and eat the garnishes. Advise guests that the cocktail contains alcohol.
