Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice until nearly full (about 1 cup ice).
Pour 1.5 oz Fuzzy's vodka and 1 oz Malibu rum over the ice.
Add 0.75 oz fresh lime juice (about half a lime). If you prefer a sweeter drink, reduce lime to 0.5 oz.
Top with about 4 oz chilled ginger beer. Pour slowly to retain carbonation.
Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine spirits, lime, and ginger beer without flattening the ginger beer.
Garnish & Serve
Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and optionally tuck a mint sprig into the ice for aroma.
Serve immediately with a straw. Enjoy chilled.
