Seltzer selection

1

Choose flavors

Select four Bud Light Seltzer cans or bottles in the flavors you and your guests prefer. Keep them refrigerated until just before assembling the bucket to maintain maximum chill.

Chill & serve

2

Prepare the ice: fill the bucket about two-thirds full with cubed or crushed ice (approximately 6 lb for a standard 2–3 qt bucket). If using crushed ice and you want a slushier bed, sprinkle up to 1/2 cup filtered water over the ice and stir briefly to create a slushy surface that holds the cans in place.

3

Nestle seltzers: Arrange the four Bud Light Seltzer cans/bottles upright in the ice so they are evenly spaced and mostly covered by ice up to the labels for best chill. If using bottles, ensure caps are secure.

4

Garnish (optional): Tuck a lime or lemon wedge beside each can or place wedges on a small plate beside the bucket for guests to squeeze into their seltzer.

5

Tools: Place an opener (if needed) and ice tongs or a scoop nearby. Add napkins or coasters for convenience.

6

Serve: Set the bucket on a stable surface within reach of guests. Replace ice as needed to keep seltzers cold.

7

Optional chilling step: For maximum chill, pre-chill the bucket in a freezer for 15–30 minutes before assembling (do not leave metal buckets in the freezer too long). Alternatively, pre-chill cans in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

8

Safety & cleanup: Monitor melted ice and empty water from the bucket periodically to avoid soggy labels or slipping. After use, discard melted ice and rinse the bucket; wash with warm soapy water when finished.
