Blue Shark Claw - Cocktail Base
Garnish & Fresh Fruit
Method
Blue Shark Claw - Cocktail Base
Mix base
Add 2 oz vodka, 0.5 oz blue curaçao, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch and the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted.
Strain the chilled mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice (about 1 cup).
Top gently with 1 can (12 oz) of your chosen White Claw. Pour slowly so the carbonation stays lively and the blue hue layers attractively with the hard liquor.
Garnish & Fresh Fruit
Prepare fruit
Thread 2 pineapple chunks and 4 blueberries onto a small cocktail pick. Use remaining blueberries to float in the drink or drop into the glass.
Optional: gently stir once with a bar spoon to marry flavors, being careful not to flatten the White Claw.
