Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill.

Add 60 ml WhistlePig Rye 10 Year Old to the mixing glass.

Add 45 ml sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.

Add 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

Stir the mixture for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass and garnish with one Luxardo cherry.
