Tom Cat Reserve Cocktail – Directions

   Chill glass

   Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you mix the drink.

   Combine ingredients

   In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat gin, 22 ml fresh lemon juice, 15 ml honey syrup, and 2 dashes orange bitters.

   Shake

   Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frothy.

   Strain

   Discard ice from the chilled coupe and strain the cocktail into the glass.

   Garnish

   Garnish with a lemon twist. Express the oils over the drink and drop the twist into the glass.
