Method

Preparation Steps

1

Marinate the Seafood

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine shrimp and white fish. Pour lime juice and lemon juice over the seafood, ensuring it is fully submerged. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours, until the seafood is opaque and 'cooked' by the citrus juice.

2

Mix the Ingredients

Once the seafood is ready, drain some of the citrus juice, leaving just enough to keep the mixture moist. Add diced tomato, chopped cilantro, diced avocado, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.

3

Serve

Spoon the ceviche into serving bowls and serve immediately with fresh corn tortilla chips on the side.
