Preparation
Juice the Lemon
Juice the fresh lemon until you have 1 oz of lemon juice.
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the agave tequila, chipotle honey, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish (Optional)
Optional: Garnish with a lemon wheel or a sprig of mint for added presentation.
