Grape Preparation

2. Crushing the Grapes
Place the harvested grapes into a crusher and crush them to release the juice. Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel.
Fermentation Process

Add 500 ml of water to the crushed grapes. Sprinkle 10 g of yeast over the mixture to initiate fermentation.

Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature (around 24°C) for 7-14 days, stirring daily to ensure even fermentation.
Flavoring and Aging

After fermentation, add 50 g of oak chips, 30 ml of blackberry extract, and 5 g of spice blend to the wine for flavor enhancement.
6. Aging the Wine
Transfer the wine to oak barrels or a glass carboy and let it age for at least 6 months to develop complex flavors.
