Preparation

Grape Preparation

1. Harvesting the Grapes

Carefully harvest 100 kg of ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, ensuring that only the best quality fruit is selected.

2. Crushing the Grapes

Place the harvested grapes into a crusher and crush them to release the juice. Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel.

Fermentation Process

3. Adding Water and Yeast

Add 500 ml of water to the crushed grapes. Sprinkle 10 g of yeast over the mixture to initiate fermentation.

4. Fermenting

Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature (around 24°C) for 7-14 days, stirring daily to ensure even fermentation.

Flavoring and Aging

5. Adding Flavorings

After fermentation, add 50 g of oak chips, 30 ml of blackberry extract, and 5 g of spice blend to the wine for flavor enhancement.

6. Aging the Wine

Transfer the wine to oak barrels or a glass carboy and let it age for at least 6 months to develop complex flavors.
