Prepare the Meatballs
In a large pot, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the meatballs and simmer for about 20 minutes until heated through.

Prepare the Polenta
In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Slowly whisk in the polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Stir in a tablespoon of butter and season with salt.

Assemble the Little Italy Board
On a large serving platter, arrange the shaved porchetta, grilled mushrooms, traditional meatballs in marinara, marinated tomatoes, assorted cheeses, and salami slices. Use small bowls for the creamy polenta and garnish with balsamic vinegar.

Prepare the Focaccia
Slice the focaccia bread and toast in the oven until golden brown. Sprinkle with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Slice fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Layer them on the platter with fresh basil leaves drizzled with olive oil.
