White Claw Hard Seltzer Cocktail

12 fl oz White Claw (Lime, Black Cherry, or preferred flavor)1/2 oz Fresh lime juice1/4 oz Simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)1 piece Fresh lime wheel or wedge (for garnish)1 cup Ice

White Claw Hard Seltzer Cocktail

Prepare glass

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (about 1 cup). Chilling the glass briefly in the freezer beforehand is optional.

Add citrus and sweetener

Pour 1/2 oz fresh lime juice into the glass over the ice. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, add 1/4 oz simple syrup. Stir gently to combine.

Add White Claw

Slowly pour 12 fl oz White Claw over the back of a spoon or directly into the glass to preserve carbonation.

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw or stirring spoon.
