Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill while preparing the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Lunazul blanco tequila, house-made blueberry cordial, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves. Muddle the mint leaves gently to release their flavor.
Shake and Strain
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
Top with Sparkling Wine
Slowly top off the drink with sparkling wine, allowing it to mix gently.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint or a few blueberries if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
