Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Crab
Fill a large pot with water and add the salt. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Steam the Crab
Once the water is boiling, place the king crab legs in a steamer basket and place it over the boiling water. Cover and steam for about 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
Melt the Butter
While the crab is steaming, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Keep warm.
Serve
Carefully remove the crab legs from the steamer and place them on a serving platter. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges on the side. Include your choice of side.
