Method

Preparation

1

Caramelize Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add sliced onions and a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

2

Cook the Burger Patty

Season the dry aged beef patty with salt and black pepper. In a hot skillet or grill, cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

3

Prepare Truffle Fries

Fry or bake the french fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Once cooked, toss the fries in a bowl with truffle oil and truffle salt. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Assembly

4

Assemble the Burger

On the toasted wheat bun, place the cooked beef patty, top with caramelized onions, and drizzle with a little truffle oil. Serve open-faced alongside the truffle fries.
