Muddle the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the fresh lime juice to release the mint's aroma.
Add the Spirits
Pour in the pear vodka and add the Angostura bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
Top with Bubbly
Gently top the drink with sparkling water or Prosecco, and give it a light stir to combine.
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel if desired.
