Position two double (queen-size recommended) beds parallel or separated by a minimum 60 cm walkway. Fit each bed with a medium-firm mattress, a complete duvet set (duvet, cover, and two pillows), and top with one or two extra pillows per bed for flexibility. Ensure bedside tables and lamps are reachable from each bed.
Install a wardrobe/closet and dresser in a location that does not obstruct walkways. Keep a luggage rack near the bed(s) for guest convenience.
Living & Work Area
Arrange a seating area (sofa or seating set and coffee table) opposite the flat-screen TV to create a comfortable lounging zone. Place a work desk and ergonomic chair in a quiet corner with good lighting and easy access to power outlets.
Install a mini fridge and an electric kettle or coffee maker in a discreet cabinet or counter near the entry or living area. Stock the mini fridge with a starter kit if providing complimentary items.
