Prepare ingredients
Measure gin, PAMA, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup with a jigger. If using fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish, remove them from the arils and set aside a few.
Shake & Strain
- 3
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Add 2 oz Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin, 1 oz PAMA pomegranate liqueur, 0.5 oz Cointreau, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup.
- 4
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker becomes very cold. Vigorous shaking chills and aerates the cocktail, giving it a silky texture and bright foam.
- 5
Discard ice or water from the chilled martini glass. Strain the cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer into the chilled martini glass. For a smoother presentation, double-strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any small ice chips or pulp.
Garnish & Serve
- 6
Float a lime wheel on the rim or across the surface of the cocktail, or express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in for extra aromatics.
- 7
Optionally drop 6–8 pomegranate seeds into the drink for visual appeal and a hint of texture.
- 8
Serve immediately while cold.
